Leading Stoker,Frank E Colbourne, P/K 59274. Royal Navy. Missing Presumed killed 14th Oct 1939 when HMS Royal Oak was sunk by German U- Boat at Scapa Flow. Always Remembered by his nephew D. Oxford.
