Welcome to " Tell Them Radio "

"We go the extra mile..because they did!"

" TELL THEM WE CAME "

Tell Them Radio proudly presents Guided Battlefield and Remembrance Tours of the World War One and Two battlefields in France and Belgium.

TOP TIP 1 :Choose your own song from the Request a song list at top right of each page.
The title of the song playing should show and change with each song. If it doesnt, hit your refresh page button and that should get the title sorted.

Tell Them Radio Info : Benjamin David “Benny” Goodman 1909 – 1986 was an American jazz and swing musician, clarinetist and bandleader; widely known as the "King of Swing".
In the mid-1930s, Benny Goodman led one of the most popular musical groups in America.
His January 16, 1938 concert at Carnegie Hall in New York City is described by critic
Bruce Eder as "the single most important jazz or popular music concert in history: jazz's 'coming out' party to the world of 'respectable' music."
Goodman's bands launched the careers of many major names in jazz, and during an era of segregation,
he also led one of the first now well known racially-integrated jazz groups.

LATEST TRIP COMMENT:
Hi Charles
Just a quick note to say a very big THANK YOU for all your help in making our band trip such a huge success. It would not have been half or even a quarter as good, enjoyable or informative without your commentry and input. We packed so much in that it seemed much more than a long weekend. Sadly it's over but we all have many lasting, wonderful memories. Many many thanks. It certainly would not have been anywhere near as good without you.
